On 5 October, Cockroach Janta Party co-convenor Ashutosh Ranka posted that multiple sources told him founder Abhijeet Dipke, spokesperson Saurav Das, and he would be arrested before 10 October under the National Security Act or equivalent provisions.
Reports from Livemint, India Today, and The Economic Times carried the claim the same morning. No official arrest order or police notice was published in those reports.
