August 21 Inspection
CJP co-convener Ashutosh Ranka led a School Thik Karo visit. The team reported stone-pelting, assault on women volunteers, and smashed vehicle windows. Five workers were described as critically injured.
"This is the same school in Rampura that used to operate out of a buffalo shed. Work has now begun there. During the inspection, stones were thrown at us, women were assaulted, and vehicle windows were smashed. But once a good school is built for our children, it will all be worth it." — Ashutosh Ranka
BJP MLA Kailash Chand Verma stated the funds and priority predated the visit and that villagers had asked to wait out the monsoon.
Classes remain in a temporary house until reconstruction.
