- Government yet to formally communicate steps on FIR withdrawal or quashing against students and protesters.
- Supreme Court on August 18 sought consolidated FIR list three times for possible Article 142 action; Centre did not commit.
- Compensation for families of NEET-UG candidates who died by suicide after May paper-leak cancellation remains pending.
"The CJP called off its agitation in good faith because the government gave its word to the young people of this country. We will not allow that good faith to be mistaken for weakness."

All options remain open including another peaceful nationwide agitation. Students and volunteers asked to stay prepared for meeting outcome.
